The Right Size...
This is an easy one! In over 7,000 breast implant cases, we have had three patients desire a different size than what they received. This is extremely good odds of getting it just right the first time. Especially when the national average of error in choosing implant size is 31%! Imagine if nearly one third of all patients felt they received a different size than they wanted? Unbelievable really...
How do we do this so well? Easy. We let the patient tell us what size they want. That is done best by trying on implants and trying on the patients normal clothing to see what image they would like to achieve for themselves. We are not there to impose our bias or tell you what to do, only to prevent errors. We, the staff, are only there to make sure a stupid mistake is not made. Stupid mistakes are either far too small to be worth the money or far too large and to cause excessive droop or long term dissatisfaction. The most common choices are in the range of a small C cup to a full D cup, but as all women are keenly aware, women's bras vary greatly in cup size. Because of this, we never guarantee a cup size for the patient, we simply reassure the patient that we will achieve their chosen image with great consistency.
